We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed therapist to join our outpatient therapy team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. ย *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, or groups in an outpatient setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on best practices and new therapeutic techniques relevant to outpatient services.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development. ย *Qualifications:**
- Masterยs degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. - Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required.
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. ย *Compensation:** - Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
