Lorhan Corporation Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations/Data Entry Associate to support internal operations and client project delivery. The role is instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across distributed teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to thrive in a remote, team-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and client platforms
  • Validate, audit, and reconcile datasets to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Generate and maintain operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, Operations, and Client Services
  • Support workflow tracking, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and data management for client projects
    Required Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, data organization)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with IT staffing or consulting environments
  • Basic understanding of data reporting or data analysis concepts
