- We are seeking a dynamic Operating Partner who can help shape our strategic direction and potentially transition into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role as we grow. - Help define and execute Mamaket’s operational strategy and growth roadmap
- Support fundraising efforts and financial planning
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Drive operational excellence across product, marketing, and customer experience
- Collaborate with leadership to scale early-stage operations
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact
- Prepare the organization for funding, hiring, and expansion Qualifications
- Proven experience in startup operations, strategy, or venture building
- Strong understanding of early-stage company dynamics and scaling challenges
- Experience in fundraising, financial management, or investor relations
- Passion for social impact, especially in education, workforce development, or immigrant communities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) and/or based in South Florida is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Ready to Build With Us?
