    We are seeking a dynamic Operating Partner who can help shape our strategic direction and potentially transition into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role as we grow.   • Responsibilities
  • Help define and execute Mamaket’s operational strategy and growth roadmap
  • Support fundraising efforts and financial planning
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Drive operational excellence across product, marketing, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale early-stage operations
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact
  • Prepare the organization for funding, hiring, and expansion
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in startup operations, strategy, or venture building
  • Strong understanding of early-stage company dynamics and scaling challenges
  • Experience in fundraising, financial management, or investor relations
  • Passion for social impact, especially in education, workforce development, or immigrant communities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) and/or based in South Florida is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
