PowerEdge Server
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 + Year Contract
- Description:
- Design, implement, and optimize Dell PowerEdge server solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with PowerEdge servers and related systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for PowerEdge solutions
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers and internal teams on PowerEdge server configurations and troubleshooting
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerEdge technologies and advancements, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction
- *Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in server architecture and design, with a focus on PowerEdge solutions
- In-depth knowledge of PowerEdge server hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including virtualization and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
