Job Description
We are currently searching for dedicated TEFL English Tutors to deliver online instruction to students in China. Our ideal candidates possess a minimum of two years of online teaching experience and are well-acquainted with resources like Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials.
Qualifications: Ā Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field Ā Possess a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or ESL certificate
Requirements:
Ā Passion for working with students aged 5-18
Ā Proficient in English
Ā Demonstrate at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, particularly with Chinese students (preferred)
Ā Familiarity with Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials
Ā Capability to teach creative writing
Ā Familiarity with materials such as Unlock and Think
Skills:
Ā Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities
Ā Proficiency in establishing rapport with students
Ā Patience and empathy in guiding students' learning journey
Ā Adaptability to diverse learning styles
