Position: Part-time, Remote
Schedule: Overnight & Weekends (on-call)
Location: Work from Home
- Responsibilities:
- Handle emergency scheduling and staffing needs outside of regular business hours
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families to coordinate shift coverage
- Maintain up-to-date schedules and documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to urgent calls and texts
- Qualifications:
- Experience in emergency or healthcare scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
- Must be dependable and tech-savvy
