Responsibilities:
Engage with Drivers: Make calls to truck drivers to inform them about job specifics and opportunities.
Screen Candidates: Conduct brief screenings to assess driver qualifications and fit for the position.
Update Information: Review and update driver work history as needed.
Submit Candidates: Submit qualified drivers for current job openings and ensure they are considered for the best opportunities.
Thereโs no cold calling, the job you pitch is the job the driver applied for.
- Requirements:
- No Experience Required if you take our Driver Recruiter Certification Course
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
