Im starting a specialized leak detection and plumbing diagnostics company and have been building the backend of my business myself—but I’m now stretched too thin and need a pro to help bring everything together.

Here’s what I’ve already got in place:

✅ Website built on GoDaddy: www.nvcaleakdetection.com

✅ Jobber account for scheduling, customer management, and invoicing

✅ GoCanvas forms, integrated with Jobber via Zapier

✅ Ion24 virtual assistant with a dedicated number that schedules through Jobber when I’m on a job

✅ Running ads on Yelp, Google, and Nextdoor

✅ Business cards, brochures, and other branding materials in the works

✅ Goal: I want to finish my day reviewing final documents, not creating or rewriting them from scratch

What I Need Help With:

Workflow Automation & Integration

  • Make sure Jobber, GoCanvas, and Zapier are all working smoothly together
  • Automatically trigger the right form when a job/invoice is created
  • Auto-fill customer/job info into documents
  • Clean, consistent data flow between platforms

Invoicing & Document Streamlining

  • Help me set up templates so documents are pre-filled and only need light review
  • Make sure completed jobs result in finalized reports and ready-to-send invoices with minimal manual work

Marketing Support

  • Audit and improve current ad campaigns on Google, Yelp, and Nextdoor
  • Connect my website to lead capture that automatically routes to Jobber
  • Possibly assist in designing or sourcing branded items (brochures, bottle openers, etc.)

Virtual Assistant Optimization

  • Help fine-tune Ion24 workflows and messaging so everything sounds on-brand
  • Automate post-job emails and review requests
