Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering multiple full-cycle MS Dynamics CRM implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and the ability to drive CRM transformation initiatives.

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
Manage multiple CRM implementations and upgrades across different business units or clients.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, architects, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure best practices in CRM implementation, governance, and documentation.
Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership and steering committees.
Ensure alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and integration standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementations.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience managing system integrations, data migration, and CRM customization projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Experience with Dynamics 365 ecosystem and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs.
Exposure to Azure integrations and cloud-based CRM architecture.
