    Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing listings is a plus.
