What You'll Be Working On
ย Monitor payment schedules: You will be responsible for keeping track of all scheduled payments and ensuring they are processed on time
ย Monitor transactions in the back office of our gate: You should constantly check the transactions happening in the back office of our gate, ensuring smooth operation and finding any anomalies...
ย Compare performance with previous periods: You will need to analyze current performance and compare it with previous periods to track growth or identify any issues
ย React and act according to the notification protocol in the event of an incident: In case of any incident, you should follow the established notification protocol and take necessary actions immediately

What You Need To Succeed In This Role
ย Bachelorยs degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
ย Ability to work shifts
ย Good Excel skills
ย Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related role would be a big plus
ย Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
ย Previous fintech experience is an advantage
ย Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure
ย High sense of responsibility
ย Good level of English and Russian
