Job Description

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.

    What you'll need
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
  • To be pursuing an LMHC license (currently pre-licensed)
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
  • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
