*Job Summary**

As a Membership Engagement II (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, participants, and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing prompt and courteous service to members, participants, and guests, developing positive relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
Conducting membership interviews, enrolling new members, and providing motivational support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Assisting members and participants with program registration, answering inquiries, and providing information on arenaflex membership and programs.
Processing member applications, including performing data entry and balancing financial transactions.
Supporting member engagement and retention activities, including following up on prospects who have not joined and conducting follow-ups on new member survey feedback.
Maintaining accurate records and performing other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Six months or more of relevant work experience in sales, retail, reception, customer service, or a related field.
Strong customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email, and in person.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.).
Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
