A-List Therapy is seeking a care Coordinator for home health services. This Job will be remote. This individual must be a fast learners and pay attention to detail. We're looking for self-starters who is willing to grow with the company and work toward managerial roles.
Essential Functions:
ย Stable and good internet connection, stable power, perfect attendance, computer, noise cancellation headphones.
ย HOME HEALTH care coordinator experience is a plus.
ย Coordinates physical /occupational therapy staff schedules matching Agencies needs with the proper therapist.
ย Addresses all incoming emails and phone calls regarding patient care and staffing.
ย Case manage 150-200 patient charts weekly.
ย Messages and coordination with therapists regarding patient visit schedules and documentation.
ย Great organization skills, types quickly.
ย Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
ย Must be nice, polite, personable with good people skills over the phone.
ย Requirements:
ย Be able to review patient charts and identify missed visits and notify clinicians for updates.
ย Be able to read admin comments on patientsย charts in great detail and determine the proper action to take.
ย Detail oriented and problem solving are key qualities for this position.
ย Be able to multi task and problem solve quickly. Speed is very important.
ย Proficient with computers at least 50 WPM.
ย Experienced with Microsoft office word and excel
ย Comfortable with texting and emailing with proper English.
ย Must be good at communication, asking questions and following up on tasks.
ย Some who wants to build a career and grow with the company for years to come.
ย Must be comfortable working 9-10 hour a day between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00 PM PST
ย 2 monitors required for this position.
ย Leadership experience or management experience are recommended.
Qualifications:
ย Must be able to handle heavy email and telephone use.
ย Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.
ย Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have good people skills.
ย Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
ย Must be reliable and dependable.
ย Must be computer savy, Excel experience preferred
ย Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
ย Must have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner.
ย Spanish speaking is preferred.
Job Requirements:
ย At least 45 - 50 wpm typing speed.
ย Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
ย Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications.
ย Willing to grow with our company.
