We are looking for a Medical Account Collection Rep with 3–5 years of healthcare billing experience and a proven track record in Physical Therapy billing and collections. This is a remote position for a self-disciplined, results-driven professional.
- What You’ll Do
- Collect and follow up on accounts receivable inWebPT.
- Work denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies.
- Communicate with payers, patients, and team members to resolve billing issues.
- What You Need
- WebPT EMR & Billing – REQUIRED
- 3–5 years healthcare billing (Physical Therapy preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes & AR management
- Ability to work independently
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses tied to AR results.
