Vanguard College Prep is seeking a passionate and experienced Math Instructor to teach small groups of students in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. As a Math Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of future leaders, helping them develop essential core skills, and preparing them for success in high school, college, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct small groups of students in math core skills, promoting long-term understanding and top scores in college readiness exams (ACT & SAT)
- Track student progress, engaging students in individualized growth and improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute creative lesson plans, mentoring middle and high school students with empathy and understanding
- Maintain strong organizational skills, replying to students in a timely manner and updating student lesson schedules on our online platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, education, or related STEM field (Master's or higher preferred)
- Teaching experience in math and/or experience working in a college-level tutoring center (1+ years)
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suites
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a workspace with minimal noise/distraction
