Job Description
We’re seeking a sharp, creative, and collaborative marketing strategist to help grow our digital lifestyle magazine, Glamp Life Magazine, a consumer publication focused on luxury camping (glamping), eco-tourism, and unique stays.
We recently launched our first issue and are now ready to expand our reach, grow our subscriber list, and develop deeper partnerships with advertisers, suppliers, destinations, and tourism boards.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Help refine and execute a strategic marketing roadmap (social, email, influencer, partnerships)
Develop subscriber growth strategies (organic & paid)
Guide our brand messaging and tone for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email
Help us pitch to tourism boards and luxury travel partners
Set up clear KPIs and recommend tools or ad platforms to maximize ROI
You’ll work closely with the founder, who already has the editorial and creative infrastructure in place, we’re looking for someone to bring marketing clarity and drive forward motion.
Deliverables May Include:
30/60/90 day marketing plan
Email funnel guidance (Flodesk experience is a plus)
Instagram + Meta ad strategy
Strategic input on pitches to glamping destinations, suppliers, and tourism boards
Collaboration and giveaway ideas
Thought partnership on future growth and monetization
About You:
Proven experience in travel, lifestyle, or media marketing
Strong grasp of social media, digital funnels, and brand storytelling
Comfortable working with emerging brands
Able to provide strategy with actionable steps
Excellent communicator who meets deadlines
Bonus if you have interest or experience in outdoor travel, eco-tourism, or the glamping industry
