Location: Corporate Office (Staten Island, NY) & Baya Bar Locations Hours: Part-Time (3 Days a Week) About Us: Baya Bar is a fast-growing acai bowl and smoothie shop with 29 locations, offering fresh, vibrant products. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Graphic Designer Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, has a passion for design, social media, and marketing, and enjoys being part of a fun, innovative brand. Key Responsibilities: β’ Assist with designing and organizing engaging social media posts β’ Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, promotional items, and digital content β’ Visit Baya Bar locations to help film content videos and capture in-store experiences β’ Manage paperwork related to marketing campaigns and content projects β’ Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute marketing strategies β’ Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative Requirements: β’ Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) β’ Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) β’ Strong organizational and communication skills β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines β’ Creativity and a keen eye for design β’ Interest in the health food industry is a plus Work Schedule: β’ 3 days a week, based in the corporate office or visiting various Baya Bar locations as needed To Apply: Please submit your resume, a portfolio of your design work, and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in this role.
