Onlinespine.ai is looking for a high-energy, data-driven Growth Marketer to lead our user acquisition and retention efforts. After a setback with previous management, we are looking for a transparent partner who can jump in, set up high-converting ad campaigns, and build an automated email machine to turn visitors into active users.
- Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Management: Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search (targeting high-intent spinal/back health keywords) and Meta/Instagram (creative-heavy social ads).
- Email Marketing & Automation: Build "sticky" email sequences including a Welcome Series, Re-engagement flows for inactive users, and weekly educational newsletters.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze our current landing pages and suggest/test changes to improve the signup rate.
- Daily Monitoring & Reporting: We need an active manager. You will be expected to monitor ad spend daily and provide a weekly "Wins & Losses" report with clear data on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and User Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Tracking & Attribution: Ensure Pixels, API Conversions, and Google Analytics are firing correctly so we know exactly where every dollar goes.
- Requirements
- Proven Track Record: You must show case studies or live dashboards of health-tech or SaaS platforms you have scaled.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Email tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Brevo).
- Creative Strategy: Ability to give clear direction on what videos/images are needed to "stop the scroll" for our audience.
- Transparency: You must be comfortable working within our ad accounts and email platforms. We retain 100% ownership of all assets and data.
- Communication: High availability for Slack/WhatsApp updates and a "test and learn" mindset.
- Performance Goals (KPIs)
- Lower CAC: Reduce the cost to acquire a new signed-up user.
- Email Open/Click Rates: Maintain a high engagement rate for our retention flows.
- Scalability: Identify the winning "angle" that allows us to increase spend while maintaining profitability.
