Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist with deep, hands-on experience in Zapier, HubSpot, and SalesMessage. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that power our lead flow, parent communication, sales follow-up, and internal workflows. This is not a strategy-only role β we need someone who can build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations end to end. Key Responsibilities β’ Build and maintain Zapier automations across marketing, sales, and operations β’ Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, workflows, tags, and reporting β’ Set up and maintain SalesMessage SMS campaigns and automations β’ Connect lead sources (forms, ads, landing pages) into CRM and messaging flows β’ Automate parent follow-ups, reminders, and internal alerts β’ Troubleshoot broken zaps, workflows, and data sync issues β’ Document systems and workflows clearly for team use β’ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion and response time Required Qualifications β’ Proven experience with Zapier (multi-step zaps, conditional logic, webhooks preferred) β’ Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (contacts, deals, workflows, reporting) β’ Hands-on experience with SalesMessage or comparable SMS automation tools β’ Understanding of sales funnels, lead routing, and follow-up logic β’ High attention to detail and system reliability Preferred Experience β’ Experience in education, services, or lead-generation businesses β’ Familiarity with Meta lead forms, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, etc. β’ Experience documenting SOPs and workflows β’ Ability to think in systems, not just tools Why This Role β’ Real systems with real impact on revenue and operations β’ Clear ownership and accountability β’ Remote flexibility β’ Opportunity for ongoing work as systems scale How to Apply Please submit: β’ Resume or short background summary β’ Examples of automations or systems you've built (screenshots or descriptions) β’ Tools you've worked with beyond Zapier, HubSpot, and SalesMessage Remote About the Company: Texas Sports Academy Apply tot his job
