About the position
- Responsibilities
- Set up and manage project-specific SharePoint sites and files
- Assist Project Leaders with meetings including scheduling and note-taking
- Conduct basic research centered on transportation fuels markets and policies
- Provide quality assurance of client deliverables to ensure products are free of typos, misspellings, and grammatical errors
- Maintain WordPress websites in coordination with web developer and SEO consultant
- Publish blogs, white papers, and other web content
- Assist with the publication of weekly, monthly, and quarterly editions of subscription newsletters, including email announcements using CRM services
- Provide customer service to subscription newsletter clients
- Provide weekly website analytics updates
- Assist with social media posts and management
- Assist with CRM and contact management
- Perform additional tasks and roles as assigned.
- Requirements
- Administrative assistant experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Internet research skills
- Experience with WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate work experience
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience with social media management
- Experience in litigation support
- Knowledge of transportation energy issues
