Local Media Sales Closer (Remote – West LA Market)

$500/week salary ($26K/year) + uncapped 20% commission

Mirror Media Group, the dominant local media company in West Los Angeles, is hiring closers. If you can sell, you’ll thrive here. If not, the $500/week base won’t keep you around long. We want hungry pros who want the freedom to hunt, the tools to win, and the upside to earn real money.

What We Sell

    We own 80% of the West LA local media market — and we package it into affordable, high-performing ad campaigns:
  • Email newsletters (100K+ opt-in subscribers)
  • Digital display ads (250K+ monthly visitors)
  • Print placements (20,000 newspapers/month)
  • Social media reach (300K+ monthly audience)
  • Video + content marketing

Campaigns start at $295/month, most clients spend $500–$1,000/month, and long-term contracts run $3K–$12K+. Seasonal campaigns include Best Of, Summer Camps, Back to School, and Westside Home & Real Estate.

Who You’ll Sell To

Small business owners, real estate professionals, restaurants, wellness clinics, and service providers — the backbone of West LA. These businesses already know our brand and trust our platforms. This is not a cold start.

    Compensation
  • Weekly Guarantee/Stipend: $500/week ($26,000/year equivalent) provided as a contractor guarantee
  • Uncapped Commission:
  • 20% on all new business (inbound or self-sourced)
  • 15% on renewals
  • Quarterly Bonus: $1,000 for $50K+ in new contracts closed in a quarter
    Earning Potential:
  • Solid closers: $55K–$75K annually
  • Top performers: $90K+ uncapped

    Sales Support
  • Inbound leads provided via campaign inquiries and responses
  • Simple tracking (Google Sheets)
  • Monthly sales blitzes targeting 2–3 city blocks
  • Freedom to run your own outbound alongside company-generated leads
    Onboarding & Training
  • Clear pitch structure, pricing, and campaign examples
  • Sales deck, templates, and rate cards ready to use
  • Weekly 30–45 minute sales strategy sessions via Google Meet
  • Most new reps close deals within their first 2 weeks
