Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our dynamic team. As an LVN with A-List Therapy Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to our patients.

Locations: (Los Angeles County, San Bernardino county, Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County)
Responsibilities:
Initiate the plan of care and make necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
Use health assessment data to determine clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.
Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan.
Receive and carry out physician orders.
Notify the patient physician, RN, and/or Clinical Supervisor immediately of any changes in the patients condition.
Include the patient and the family in the planning process.
Document direct patient services, ensuring thorough coordination and collaboration with physicians and other disciplines
Requirements:
Current California LVN license.
Driver license, Auto insurance
Valid CPR card
Ability to travel to the prospective patient's place of residence
Compensation: $40-$55
This is a 1099 position with payment on a per-visit basis. Compensation.
