Location: Remote (U.S. nationwide)
Hours:
Ā Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Ā Hours are 9AM-9PM during OEP
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Assist clients in signing up for ACA plans, providing detailed insights into various options.
Ā Manage a high volume of phone calls, handling over 100 calls daily.
Ā Address and escalate issues or unique cases to supervisory staff.
Ā Maintain a positive and consistent work routine.
Ā Ensure all agreements are finalized with accurate documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
Ā Possess a 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License.
Ā Licensed in over 15 states with active FFM certification (proof required during initial interview).
Ā Set up a professional remote work environment with a reliable internet connection (100Mbps or better), a quiet workspace, and a headset.
Ā Ability to close 6-10 deals daily.
Ā Demonstrated excellence in communication skills and target-driven diligence.
Compensation:
Ā Base draw of $400 against earned commissions.
Ā Earn $15 per individual deal for the first two weeks, then $20 per deal thereafter.
Ā Additional $5 incentive for each family member included in a family plan.
Ā Bonus opportunities for add-ons and ancillaries, detailed in the interview.
Ā Anticipate weekly earnings between $1,500 to $3,000 or more, based on performance.
