Delta-T Group Texas, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at an assisted living center in Abilene, TX. As a temporary member of our staff, you will be working a 3-11 shift with alternating weekends and holidays for six months.

Job Description:
Provide direct patient care services in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from an accredited program
Active LPN licensure in the state of Texas
At least one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living settings
