Virtual Therapist
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
This role supports mental health professionals licensed in Kentucky to deliver therapy through a structured telehealth model. Clinicians will carry out assessments, implement therapeutic interventions, and help clients navigate progress toward their wellness goals.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform initial diagnostic assessments and formulate care plans
- Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and groups
- Track client progress and update treatment objectives
- Document services accurately within electronic health records
- Participate in clinical coordination and communication with the care team
- Must hold an active LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW license in Kentucky
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in therapy settings, preferably including telehealth
- Technologically comfortable and self-directed
- Fully remote with tech support and admin staff
- Reliable schedule and manageable caseload
- Learning resources and team support
