About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal organizations, including preparing presentations, financial reports, and managing legal databases.
- Coordinate calendars and manage the workflow of the General Counsel, including scheduling meetings and maintaining legal files.
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings, managing logistics and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Arrange detailed travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings, including corporate travel arrangements.
- Maintain and manage permissions for the Legal Department SharePoint site and other legal management systems.
- Complete special projects as assigned, including research and documentation.
- Requirements
- Minimum of two years vocational/business school training in an administrative program.
- At least five years' experience in an administrative assistant role supporting attorneys or executive leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Experience with legal database management.
