- The Lead Trainer position at Aventiv is a 100% remote job with travel up to 90%. The role involves leading a team, providing training, and managing classroom environments. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in training and presentation, and knowledge of training tools and platforms.Requirements
- Strong communication skills-verbal and written
- MS Office, knowledge and application of computer systems
- Excellent writing skills (good grammar, spelling, and punctuation)
- Experience managing the classroom in an effective and efficient manner
- Experience building relationships fostering an environment of trust and confidence with employees and customers
- Ability to multi-task and manage several training course developments under aggressive timelines
- Good crisis management skills
- Impeccable time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Citrix’s product suite (GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar)
- Ability to travel up to 90% Benefits
