Job responsibilities:
ย Executive Hiring: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles, attracting top leadership talent.
ย Team Coordination: Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring smooth collaboration with HRBPs and alignment with the companyยs growth objectives.
ย Strategy Development: Work closely with HRBPs and HR management to develop recruitment strategies that support our scaling needs.
ย Mentorship: Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their skills and performance.
ย Reporting & Analytics: Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
ย Hands-on experience (4-7 years max) in recruitment, including senior and executive-level hiring.
ย Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a recruitment team.
ย Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
ย Strong organisational and coordinating skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ย Strong language knowledge: At least B2 level in English and Russian
ย A proactive and solutions-driven mindset when facing recruitment challenges.
