About the position This role provides enterprise-wide financial expertise in support of the Enterprise Transformation Office, ensuring transformation initiatives drive measurable impact and linking initiative outcomes to direct and indirect financial value. Serves as a high-visibility individual contributor focused on enterprise-wide business case analysis & review, best practices coaching, and ongoing value delivery tracking to support enterprise leadership decision-making. Responsibilities β’ Prepares and reviews initiative business cases for enterprise leadership approval. Ensures submissions meet financial rigor and standards; prepares briefings for senior leaders and makes recommendations on approval based on enterprise financial & business strategy β’ Tracks and validates the financial impact of initiatives. Works with initiative owners and finance partners to ensure a consistent approach to valuation, including validation of business case inputs, assumptions, and estimated impact. β’ Performs monthly financial reconciliation and variance analysis for the holistic book of change & transformation work. Produces views of actuals versus plan, forecast, and baseline, explains drivers of differences, and translates results into the overall financial impact of the enterprise transformation effort. β’ Coaches initiative owners on how to develop high-quality business cases. Partners with the business and finance to strengthen assumptions, valuation approaches, benefit definitions, and measurement plans, driving consistency and comparability across initiatives. β’ Highlights developing financial trends that could hinder or accelerate impact (e.g., liquidity analysis). Performs trend- and forward-looking analyses to forecast future scenarios, compare performance to financial goals, and surface risks, opportunities, and required actions. β’ Produces executive-ready reporting and materials on transformation financial performance, including monthly progress, key drivers, risks, and decisions needed. Supports integration of transformation commitments into budgets and forecasts as required. Requirements β’ Minimum of five yearsβ related work experience, with at least two years supporting business case development, strategy & transformation efforts, product & portfolio reviews, or financial analysis required β’ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required Nice-to-haves β’ Economics, Finance, Business, or Industrial / Operations Engineering degree preferred. β’ Graduate degree preferred β’ CPA, CMA, or other financial designations preferred β’ Experience supporting a Transformation Office, strategy function, or enterprise programs preferred β’ Familiarity with lean / agile portfolio management or portfolio-level financial concepts preferred β’ Scaled Agile (SAFe) Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification or similar portfolio / program finance training preferred but not required
