About the position The Lead Data Quality Analyst - Trading will join the Information Services Group (ISG) within the Institutional Clients Group Operations & Technology (ICG O&T) organization. This role focuses on enhancing data quality and governance across trading data flows, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data. The analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data quality rules, analyze exceptions, and automate processes, all while adhering to best practices in data management. Responsibilities β’ Develop, test, implement, and maintain data quality rules covering the trade life cycle across Markets data. β’ Analyze data quality exceptions to identify root causes and business impacts of data quality issues. β’ Enhance data quality process automation, governance, and reporting. β’ Prepare and present written and verbal updates to senior management. β’ Ensure adherence to best practices supporting the organization's Program, Project, and Data Management Standards. Requirements β’ 8+ years of experience in data-focused initiatives across Pre-Trade/Post-Trade activities such as RFQ, Order/Executions, Trades, MTM, Positions, etc. β’ Ability to write SQL queries and review stored procedures. β’ Experience with working with Tableau is a plus. β’ Exposure to Capital Markets is beneficial. β’ Experience working with Database, Reporting/Analytics. β’ Experience in FIX, XML messaging is a plus. β’ Experience in Issue tracking and governance with systems like JIRA / HPQC is a plus. Nice-to-haves β’ Experience with data governance frameworks. β’ Familiarity with data quality metrics and reporting tools.
