Job Description
We’re an online jewelry brand looking for an experienced Klaviyo + Shopify email designer/builder to elevate our email creative and performance. We send 3 emails per week and need someone who can create clean, premium, conversion-focused emails that feel on-brand for jewelry (new arrivals, best sellers, gifting moments, promos, product highlights, etc.) and are built directly inside Klaviyo.
What you’ll do (ongoing)
Build 3 emails/week in Klaviyo (campaigns; occasional flow emails as needed)
Design in a premium, elevated aesthetic appropriate for jewelry (strong typography, spacing, product storytelling)
Use Shopify product imagery/links and create layouts that highlight:
best sellers / new drops
gift guides (birthdays, anniversaries, bridesmaids, Mother’s Day, etc.)
personalization/engraving (if applicable)
bundles, promos, limited-time offers
Mobile-first design with clear hierarchy + CTAs (not image-only)
QA: test sends + basic checks across desktop/mobile (dark mode awareness a plus)
1–2 revision rounds per email

Trial + pricing (IMPORTANT)
The posted $250 fixed price is for a 1-week paid trial covering 3 emails total
If the trial is successful, we want an ongoing weekly/monthly agreement for ~12–13 emails/month
Please include your ongoing rate (per email and/or monthly retainer)
Requirements
Proven experience building emails inside Klaviyo (not just Canva/Figma)
Strong ecommerce experience (Shopify preferred)
Portfolio of 2–3 emails you built + (if possible) performance outcomes (CTR/CVR/revenue/email)
