With two products already in use by over 15,000 users, we're just at the beginning of our journey. We're seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the design and product experience as we scale to reach many more users. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional visits to our London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable design improvements that drive product growth.
- Create Engaging User Experiences: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma that enhance both of our health and fitness SaaS products.
- Identify Opportunities for Optimization: Take ownership of designs and work with minimal supervision to identify areas for product optimization.
- Maintain and Develop Design Systems: Ensure consistency across our products by maintaining and developing our Design Systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and other teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: A strong background in UX/UI design, preferably with experience in SaaS.
- Proficiency in Figma: A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI capabilities, with a focus on Figma.
- Solid Understanding of Product Design Principles: A good grasp of product design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to gather requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Health & Fitness Industry: Previous experience in the health and fitness industry, or a strong interest in it.
- Passion for Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
