Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, and general inquiries with professionalism. This role also involves administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and friendly assistance
ΓΒ Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
ΓΒ Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up communications
ΓΒ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
ΓΒ Provide general support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
ΓΒ Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
ΓΒ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
ΓΒ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
ΓΒ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
ΓΒ Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
