Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
รย Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
รย Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
รย Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
รย Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
รย Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
รย Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
รย Previous experience in pharmacy
รย LTC pharmacy experience preferred
รย Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
รย Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
รย Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
รย Great telephone etiquette a must
รย Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
รย High school diploma or equivalent, required
