We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the Spring Semester. Position Overview:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students with special needs, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with a team of educators and families to ensure the academic success and well-being of each student. This is a remote, full-time position for the Spring Semester (January to May 2025).
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide remote, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
 Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, families, and other educators.
 Use a variety of digital tools and platforms to support student engagement and learning.
 Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
 Maintain regular communication with students, families, and the school administration.
 Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine educational plans.
 Promote positive behaviors and foster a supportive learning environment for all students.
 Stay up to date with best practices in special education and remote teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
 MasterÂs degree in Special Education or a related field (MasterÂs preferred).
 Valid Special Education teaching certification (Idaho preferred).
 Experience working with students with disabilities, including learning, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
 Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 Proficient in the use of virtual learning platforms and educational technology.
 Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Passion for helping students with special needs succeed academically and socially.
