Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
 Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
 Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
 Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR records.
 Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conducting exit interviews.
 Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with state and central laws.
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with the company's goals and culture.
 Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 At least 6 months of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and benefits administration.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
 Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as state and central employment laws and regulations.
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience using HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
