Lone Rock Point is searching for an innovative and tech-savvy Digital Project Manager to assist our team in key projects coordination. In addition to assisting various teams, you will work to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The ideal candidate desires to utilize and develop project management skills while also utilizing technology to work better.

Responsibilities
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, creating a project plan, managing due dates and more. The ideal candidate will be excellent at working through barriers, tenacious and highly skilled in disseminating data to create it sequentially. A high frequency of communication, prompt response time and experience working with teams will contribute significantly to the success of the Digital Project Manager.
รย Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
รย Ensure resource allocation
รย Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
รย Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
รย Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
รย Report and escalate to management as needed
รย Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
รย Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various departments about strategy, adjustments, and progress
รย Perform risk management to minimize project risks
รย Drive project completion by solving problems and overcoming obstacles
รย Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
รย Manage and track progress on sprints and epics
รย Contribute to task estimation and sprint retrospectives
รย Keep informed on development progress and communicate expected deliverables
รย Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
รย Monitor progress and adjust as needed
รย Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
รย Great educational background
รย Strong familiarity with project management software tools (including Jira), methodologies, and best practices required
รย Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
รย Solid technical background, with understanding or firsthand experience in software development and web technologies
รย Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
รย Excellent written and verbal communication skills
รย Solid organizational skills including diligence and multi-tasking skills
รย Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
รย Proven experience in project management.
