About the job Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant (Remote)We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
ΓΒ Maintaining a database of contacts
ΓΒ Setting appointments
ΓΒ Adhering to guidelines and standards
ΓΒ Taking notes for specific contacts
ΓΒ Helping contacts get the right information
ΓΒ Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:

ΓΒ Organization skills
ΓΒ Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
ΓΒ Proficiency in multitasking
