Job Responsibilities:
As a Floor Staff/Cast Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, selling tickets and concessions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You may be assigned to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Your duties will include:
- Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Up-selling and promoting Premium Viewing Experiences and the Regal Crown Club program
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
- Working effectively in a team environment and supporting colleagues as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Depending on your assignment, your duties may include:
- Box Office: Operating POS systems, selling tickets, and promoting Premium Viewing Experiences
- Concession: Operating POS systems, preparing and serving concessions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Usher: Tearing tickets, directing guests to auditoriums, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Have basic math skills and be able to operate a POS system
- Be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
