As a Seasonal Backcountry Gearhead, you'll work from the comfort of your own home (with a reliable internet connection), handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS. You'll provide expert advice, recommend products, and resolve issues with a customer-first mentality. With ongoing training and support, you'll expand your knowledge of outdoor gear and sports, including climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and more.

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills and ability to type 30+ WPM
