Job Description:


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join our Roadside Assistance team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:



  • Responding to incoming calls from members in need of emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the member's immediate safety, and documenting details accurately and promptly

  • Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, to provide reassurance and support to our members

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Working in a fast-paced, structured environment where performance goals are set and measured, with a focus on driving member satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements:



  • Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment

  • Call Center experience is preferred, but not required - we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success

  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus, but not essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment

  • Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress, with a patient and understanding approach

  • Advanced computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook

  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
