Job Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Operating the register, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
- Stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining store appearance
- Participating in inventory management and monitoring stock levels
Responsibilities:
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in inventory management and monitoring stock levels
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability
- Follow merchandising planograms to create visually appealing displays
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective time management and organizational skills
