We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical Content and Search Marketing Manager to join our team at Northpeak, a leading conversion rate optimization and growth marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies that drive organic traffic and revenue growth for our clients.

About the Role: As a Content and Search Marketing Manager, you will oversee the content pipeline and increase organic visibility for 4-6 clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keyword and topic research, keyword mapping, SEO audit, and analysis
- Technical SEO and on-site optimization
- SEO strategy planning and content marketing strategy development
- Content creation and blog post publishing for on and off-site channels
- Link building and brand mentions on high-authority publications
- Data analysis and informed decision-making to drive content strategies
- Quarterly growth content planning and execution for multiple clients
In the first month, you'll shadow a team member and assist in building SEO and content marketing strategies for 3 clients. Within 3 months, you'll manage SEO and content marketing for 5 clients, and within 6 months, you'll manage content marketing for 6-7 clients and drive process improvements.
About You: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced content marketer with a background in data-driven SEO. You should have:
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing with a focus on SEO
- An inclusive and hands-on client management style
- A learning mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A bias toward action and a focus on making an impact
- Demonstrated success in testing and uncovering useful insights and sharing them in an engaging form
