As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism develop essential skills and behaviors, enabling them to reach their full potential.

About the Role:
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training
- Follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Communicate with parents/guardians/caregivers regarding client progress
- Assist with parent/guardian/caregiver training and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation required
- ABA certification - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
- Adult & Pediatric First Aid + CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear Tuberculosis (TB) test (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to perform job duties, with or without reasonable accommodations
