Our Home Health Nurse position offers a competitive salary range of $34.50 to $41.25 hourly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

As a Home Health Nurse, you will:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the care team to promote patient health and independence
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs
- Complete documentation timely and accurately
- Communicate patient progress to the clinical manager and care team
- Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
