Responsibilities:
- Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
- Inspecting and receiving product, prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock, and performing quality control checks
- Packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, and preparing products for shipping
- Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests
- Performing inventory counts, investigating customer complaints, and updating inventory stock levels
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to excellence and success
- Physical ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, lift up to 35 lbs., and stand for long periods
