Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Member Experience Representative to join our team at Credit Union West, a 12-time winner of the "Top Company to Work for in Arizona" award. As a key member of our contact center team, you will provide exceptional service to our members, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns while promoting our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Member Experience Representative, you will:

Provide industry-leading member service experience through phone, email, and other digital channels

Efficiently and accurately support a high volume of member inquiries, requests, and concerns

Identify opportunities to offer products and services that meet members' financial needs

Assist members with account maintenance, online banking, and other services

Meet key metrics, including service levels, abandon rates, wait times, and member service/survey ratings

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D.

0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call centers, and/or financial services

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Teams and Zoom)
