About the Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Growth Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating technology trade-offs for different product areas
- Architecting our web product for long-term sustainability
- Integrating our Design System components into all areas of the web product
- Reducing technical debt to improve product reliability and developer experiences
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their growth and development
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Expertise in JavaScript and React
- A willingness to take ownership of problems and drive solutions
- Proven technical leadership experience in driving large-scale projects
- Exceptional grit and persistence in tackling complex technical challenges
- Familiarity with server-driven UI (SDUI) is a plus
