Join our team as a Remote Infusion Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. As a Remote Infusion Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work independently, build strong relationships with patients and their families, and enjoy a flexible schedule.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
- Utilize your clinical expertise and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
- Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
- Develop strong relationships with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and clinical requirements in specialty infusion through ongoing training and certification opportunities
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of work, with additional licensure possible in multi-state service areas
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
- Participation in on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of nursing experience
- One year of infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
